At La Fleuriste, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Because our products are perishable, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Fresh Flowers & Bouquets

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Plants

Potted plants may be returned within 3 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or unhealthy. Please contact our team with photos to arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Perishable Items (Vases, Gift Add-ons, Cards)

These items may be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund, as flowers are prepared in advance.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email lafleuriste@williem.app or call +62 812-3456-7890 within the applicable window, including the order number and photos of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
